SUN, SOIL & SPARKLE: OUR STORY
In 2019, Nick and Mary Hill purchased a beautiful south facing plot of land on the Blackwater River ford at West Wellow, Hampshire. Resting in the peaceful Test Valley, surrounded by rolling hills, woods and fields, our site is now home to Foxford, a two hectare, 8,500 vine vineyard, planted in 2020. On a bedrock of sandstone, the soil is a deep, free-draining sandy loam, ideal for viticulture.
We grow Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, collectively known as the classic traditional method sparkling trio.

Classic22 is our first vintage, from our beautiful site near Romsey, Hampshire. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes have been blended to produce this traditional method sparkling wine. Crafted in small batches, with only a limited number of bottles available, this wine reflects our quality over quantity. FREE shipping on orders of 6 bottles (a case) or more. We’re thrilled to share that our very first release, Classic22 Cuvée, has already received recognition so early in our journey, winning a WineGB Wessex Region Silver Medal.
Classic Cuvée Bottle (CLASSIC22)
With over 2 years lees ageing and the mearest hint of dosage, this balanced dry white wine offers notes of fresh green apples and lemons, making it an ideal pairing with seafood, soft cheeses, or light dishes.
Age Restrictions - We can only sell to customers that are 18 years old or older. A person of 18 years or older must be available to sign for the delivery. Our delivery partners will operate a challenge 25 policy.
Delivery Info - We currently deliver to mainland UK only. We endeavour to deliver to you in 5 working days. Delivery is £5, or FREE for 6 bottles and above.
