Prices listed on our website are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

We accept payment via Shopify’s secure checkout, including credit/debit cards and supported payment providers. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules or external factors.

  • Age Verification on Delivery: Our couriers may require valid photo ID at the point of delivery.
  • Missed Deliveries: If no one of legal age is available to receive the order, redelivery may be attempted or the parcel returned. No refunds will be given for failure to comply with age verification.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you enjoy our wines. Due to the nature of alcohol as a perishable product, we only accept returns where:

  • The product is faulty or damaged in transit
  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • The product remains unopened and in its original condition
