Refund policy
Return Period
We have a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allows you to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it - provided it meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Returned wine bottles must be sealed and undamaged. For alcohol, partially consumed or opened bottles cannot be returned unless there is a quality or packaging issue.
Please note: Returns are not accepted for:
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Gift cards.
- Any products that have been opened, tampered with, or consumed.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@foxfordvineyard.com within 14 days of receipt. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package to:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@foxfordvineyard.com with photos of the packaging and items.
- We will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.
- Claims made after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
Return Process:
- Contact us via email or phone to initiate a return.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.
Legal Restrictions
Please note:
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. By ordering from us, you confirm you meet this legal requirement.
- We may require proof of age upon delivery, and our couriers reserve the right to refuse delivery without valid ID.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
