Delivery Options & Charges

  • Standard UK Delivery: We offer standard delivery across UK mainland only. Orders are typically delivered within 2 - 5 working days. Delivery charges are as follows:
    • 1 - 5 Bottles: £5
    • 6 Bottles & Over: Free
  • Express Delivery: Available upon request. Please contact us for rates and availability.
  • Saturday Delivery: Available at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles, and the Channel Islands may incur additional charges and longer delivery times. Please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Process

  • Courier Services: We partner with reputable couriers such as DHL, DPD, and Royal Mail to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), are processed and dispatched within 3 days. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you can track your order via your account to monitor your delivery's progress.
  • Delivery Times: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. If you are unavailable, the courier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Age Verification

  • Legal Requirement: It is illegal for individuals under 18 to purchase alcohol in the UK. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  • Proof of Age: Couriers may request valid identification upon delivery. If suitable ID is not provided, the delivery may be refused.

Cancellations

  • Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right:
    • Notify us in writing or via email within the 14-day period.
    • Ensure the goods are returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Return the items at your own expense within 14 days of cancellation.
  • Refunds: Upon receiving the returned items in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
